1. Prescription-Only and Refrigerated Medicines (including Weight Loss Injections such as Mounjaro KwikPens)

Due to strict UK regulations from the Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency (MHRA) and the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC), prescription-only medicines and refrigerated injection pens (such as Mounjaro/tirzepatide, Wegovy, Saxenda, or similar weight loss treatments):

  • Cannot be returned or refunded once they have been dispensed and left our premises, even if unopened or unused.
  • Are exempt from the usual 14-day cooling-off period under the Consumer Contracts Regulations for reasons of health protection and hygiene.
  • Must be stored under strict cold-chain conditions; any break in this chain makes them unsafe for resale or reuse.

This is a legal requirement to ensure patient safety and prevent the supply of potentially compromised medicines.

Exceptions (Very Limited)

  • Dispensing error (e.g., wrong strength or product sent): Contact us immediately – we will arrange a free replacement or correction.
  • Damaged or faulty during transit: Report within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We may offer a replacement subject to verification (no cash refund).

2. Other Products (Non-Prescription Supplements & General Items)

For non-prescription items (e.g., vitamins, supplements, accessories):

  • You have 14 days from receipt to cancel and return unused items in original, resalable condition with seals intact.
  • Notify us in writing within 14 days and return within a further 14 days.
  • Refund will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

Items with broken seals, used products, or perishable goods are not eligible for return.

3. Faulty or Damaged Non-Prescription Items

If any item (prescription or non-prescription) arrives damaged or faulty:

  • Contact us within 7 days of receipt with clear photos and order details.
  • We will guide you on next steps (replacement or refund where applicable).
